DeeWee SAS, (whose registered office is at 56 Rue Claude Cellier, 94230 Cachan, France) (« DeeWee », « we » « our » or « us »), acting as data controller, is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This notice (the « Privacy Notice ») is designed to tell you about our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that you may provide via our Application DeeWee Wallet (accessible from Play Store or Apple Store) or our Web Interface (accessible by url « https://www.deewee.shop » or « https://customers.deewee.net »).

This Privacy Notice (together with our Terms of Service, any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

We collect information to provide better services to all of our users.

You are informed that the collection and processing of personal data is necessary to use DeeWee Services.

You are also informed that you may receive commercial offers from DeeWee and its commercial partners in the Application or on the Web Interface.

All data collected by DeeWee in the use of DeeWee Service, but without being limited to the user's profile (as for example: purchase history, stores that the user frequents, consultation of offers, use of discount coupons, location, etc…) can be used by DeeWee to enrich the user experience.

DeeWee agrees that the automated treatment of personal data complies with the guidelines of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD).

We may collect and process the following data about you :

Article 2.1 : Information you give us

You may give us information, including information that can be considered as Personal Data when you use our Service, by filling in forms on the Application or Web Interface (such as the sign-up form), when you participate in a game, promotion or survey, when you correspond with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise, and when you report a problem with our Service.

Mandatory information is required when registering for our Service on the Application or Web Interface. This information includes your choice of Pseudonym or email address, a Password, and/or your NFC Tag number (if applicable).

You can use a Pseudonym and Password to create an account, in which case you don’t provide any Personal Data. You also have the option to register a valid email address, ensuring that your account information is recoverable in case you lose your password or mobile device.

Article 2.2 : Information we get from your use of our Services

We collect information about the services that you use and how you use them. This information includes :

Article 2.2.1 : Unique Application number

This number and information about your installation (for example, the operating system type and application version number) may be sent to DeeWee when you install or uninstall that service.

Article 2.2.2 : Data storage in the Cloud

We need to store data in the Cloud in the storage space allocated to you: digital receipts transferred by the DeeWee Box in png or pdf format, invoices & e-tickets & loyalty cards & shopping lists that you have scanned or downloadedthrough the Application or the DeeWee Site.

Article 2.2.3 : Details of receipts

The details of receipts are stored in a database to constitute a purchase history. This information is used as part of budget management and also in order to provide you with advertisements for products or services that might interest you.

Article 2.2.4 : Log information

When you use our services, we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This includes :

• details of how you used our service ;
• data about the events related to the device you use, for example the type and language of your browser.

Article 2.2.5 : Location information

In order to visualize promotional offers around you, we are likely to collect and process data on your exact location.

Article 2.2.6 : Your responses to our surveys and customer opinions

We use various technologies to collect and store information when you use DeeWee Services, and this may include using cookies or similar technologies to identify your browser or device. We also use these technologies to collect and store information when you interact with services we offer to our partners, such as Good Deals, Coupons.

Article 2.3 : Identifying data

We do not know who you are. We collect and use data related to your purchase history in order to offer you the most relevant ads, but we don’t store voluntary information which would allow the identification of a physical person (such as first name, last name, telephone numbers, address, etc...).

We do not collect hardware-based identifiers such as UDID or MAV Address.

We do not collect sensitive information (such as religion, political opinion, health...).

We do not create segments to specifically target children under 16 years old.

We do not process any information, which could be used by DeeWee directly to determine the personal identity of users.

The email address that we collect as part of your registration to the Service is under a special treatment. The email address is used only in the event that you lose your password and you want to recover your user account. Email addresses will never be communicated to a third party without your consent.

Your data is archived at the end of the following periods :

• 5 years after your last use of our Services, if you have not closed your account ;
• 1 month after the closing of your account, all your personal data will be deleted except for details of receipts in our database, which will be rendered anonymous, as well as customer reviews left by you, which will also be made anonymous.

In accordance with the law « Computer and Freedoms », the user has a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of personal data, that can be exercised by sending a postal letter accompanied by a proof of identity to the following address: DeeWee 56 Rue Claude Cellier 94230 Cachan France, or by sending an e-mail request and enclosing a photocopy of ID to contact@deewee.net.

The Data we collect will allow us to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to develop new ones. These data also help our Business partners (brands, signs) to offer you targeted content, such as promotional offers or relevant discount coupons.

Specifically, we use the data collected in order to :

• provide you with the requested services and offer new services, such as budget management (statistics on expenditures), expense management ;
• allow you to customize your interest via the Application or web Site ;
• send you marketing, promotional and advertising messages and information based on your purchase history, or suggest products or services that may interest you ;
• administer our platform and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, analytic and survey purposes ;
• improve our platforms to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your device ;
• as part of our efforts to keep our platforms safe and secure ;
• evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns published in the Application or on the web Site.

We are working closely with third parties who may have access to our advertising Services : Brands or Retailers that run marketing campaigns through our services (mobile Application or web Site).

We don’t share raw data with our partners. We may share aggregated data with our partners. Aggregated data does not permit identification of a partner and does not permit you to be directly identified.

We share non-aggregated data only with your consent.

DeeWee attaches a great importance to the security of your information. We have implemented security measures consistent with industry standards that include the use of encryption and firewall.

DeeWee keeps technical information about the connection by using cookie technology in order to offer you a better and more personalized web service.

The cookies used in the Web Interface are for the exclusive purpose listed below :

• improve navigation within the web Site in order to be able to use various functionalities, and in particular the identification and the access to the User Account :
  • Session cookie: for security ;
  • Cookie for language : contains the language code of the user ;
  • Cookie for interests : contains the list of id of the centers of interest deployed by the User ;
• to establish statistics and volumes of use of various elements of DeeWee Services (sections, visited contents, date and hour of consultation…) in order to improve the interest and the design of the Site and DeeWee Services.

As such, and for audience measurement cookies that do not have the exclusive purpose to enable or facilitate navigation and are not strictly necessary for the provision of Content and Features, an information banner is displayed. Upon connecting to the Web Interface, the User receives a banner notifying them prior to the deposit of these cookies :

• precise purpose of the cookies ;
• the possibility to oppose the deposit of cookies and to change the parameters (by an internal setting, an opposition to the tracing, or a setting of the browser) ;
• the fact that continuation of navigation on the site assumes acceptance of the deposit of cookies on the terminal of the User.

The deposit of cookies made in connection with the use of the Web Interface does not identify the User personally but records navigation information of the terminal that DeeWee can read for future visits of the User on the Site.

The collected information is for the exclusive use of DeeWee, and is not shared to third parties.

Several possibilities are offered to the User to manage cookies.
The User is informed that any setting that theymay undertake may modify theirbrowsing on the Internet and the conditions of access to the Service requiring the use of cookies. The attention of the User is drawn to the fact that certain features necessary for navigation within the Site may be degraded due to settings changed by the User (ex, difficulty of display...).
In this case, DeeWee cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions.

The User can make the choice at any time to express and modify their wishes in terms of cookies; by configuring their browser software so that cookies are saved in their terminal or conversely, they are rejected, either systematically or according to their issuer.

The User can also configure their browser so that the acceptance or refusal of cookies is offered punctually, before a cookie is likely to be registered on their terminal.

Regarding the management of cookies and its choices, the configuration of each browser is different. It is described in the help menu of the browser of the User, which will allow them to know how to change their wishes in terms of cookies.
